Aeroflot’s Winter Destinations Take Off
In a recent update, Russia’s flagship carrier, Aeroflot, unveiled its eagerly awaited flight schedule for the upcoming autumn-winter season. The news comes with exciting additions, including the picturesque city of Antalya.
190 Winter Destinations Await
With its sights set high, Aeroflot will be navigating the skies to reach an impressive 190 destinations as part of its autumn-winter schedule. This represents a 10% expansion of the airline’s route network and a 15% increase in its overall carrying capacity compared to the previous winter season.
Global Reach: 86 International Destinations
Out of the 190 destinations, 114 will be expertly operated by Aeroflot, while the remaining 76 will be served by its subsidiary, Rossiya. This comprehensive approach encompasses 104 domestic routes within the Russian Federation and 86 exciting international destinations.
Focus on Regional Centers
This season, Aeroflot has a keen focus on connecting Russia’s regional centers, with flight schedules announced for 23 destinations from Krasnoyarsk and 11 destinations from Yekaterinburg. Notably, tourists from Sochi Adler Airport will have the opportunity to jet off to a variety of captivating places, including Antalya, Istanbul, Yerevan, Dubai, and the scenic resorts of Egypt.
New Adventures Awaits
Aeroflot is set to introduce an array of new scheduled flights in the upcoming season, further broadening its offerings. Travelers can anticipate journeys from Moscow to captivating destinations like Mauritius and Phuket. Additionally, there will be flights departing from St. Petersburg to the Egyptian holiday hotspots of Sharm El-Sheikh and Hurghada. Moreover, Dubai-bound flights will be available from Kazan, Novosibirsk, and Yekaterinburg.
Reconnecting with the World
In a move that’s bound to excite globetrotters, Aeroflot is restarting flights from Moscow to Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, and Havana.
Expanding Horizons for Winter Travel
This winter season, Aeroflot is embracing a broader international outreach, focusing on popular destinations that are a magnet for tourists. With a remarkable frequency, Aeroflot will operate 10 flights per week from Moscow to Dubai, Bangkok, and Phuket, along with 11 flights to Hurghada, 10 to Sharm el-Sheikh, 10 to Male, and 4 to Colombo. Winter travelers have a lot to look forward to as Aeroflot spreads its wings to whisk them away to exciting new horizons.
