Executive / Senior Executive – Line Operations
- Flt. Ops. Related delays: Tracking, analysis, and investigations.
- Handling CTR (commanders’ trip report)
- Pilots’ training: Coordination with pilots/training team for receiving/handing over/onward
transmissions etc. of licenses and training-related documents and be accountable for the same. - Interaction for feedback: Interacting with pilots to get feedback on Flt. Ops. /Operational
matters and escalating the same to the higher-ups. - Pilot uniforms: Be a liaison between the pilots and the uniform department/procurement to
facilitate the issue/re-issue of uniforms. Also, maintain a stock of non-sizeable uniform
accessories for reissue and maintain proper records of the same. - AEPs: Be a liaison between the pilots and the Security department for facilitating issue/reissue of
AEPs, i.e., being the SPOC to handover documents from pilots to the AEP handling team and
hand over the AEPs to the pilots and vice-versa. - Flight Ops. Support: Help the FOS staff when the FOS staff may not be available.
- Awareness & compliance: Be aware and comply with his/her safety responsibilities and
accountabilities as laid down in the IndiGo SMS manual (chapter – Safety policy & objectives). - Admin-related: Keep a tab on office upkeep (includes checking and serviceability of
WIDS/FR24/desktops/printers etc.) and cleanliness. Liaise with the HR team w.r.t. handling over
of ID cards, pilots’ contracts etc. - Other activities: Any other activity assigned by the Chief Pilot (Line Operations) and/or Manager
– Line Operations.
Senior Executive – iConnect
- Crew matters: Preparing initial data and other groundwork for leadership pilots to handle the
- crew discipline case.
- Handling pilot’s dead head allowance: Maintaining Monthly reports for discrepancies. Sharing
regular inputs with the payroll team and closing cases with pilots - Addressing catering-related issues: Sharing and discussing the requirements and meal upliftment
feedback with the catering team. Review cyclic menus and goody bag contents from time to
time. Framing festival menus to make for flight crew on special occasions. - Maintaining Annexures A, B, and C in the pilot handbook: Regular upkeeping of c-notam

weekly basis or as and when received an update. - Coordinating leadership meetings: Responsible for maintaining minutes of the meeting & taking
forward their feedback to the right departments and sharing timely closures and closing loops

vertical clearances with HOD - Looking after pilot hotel and accommodation: Working closely with admin, crew logistics and

- Ensure all crew comply with the Indigo FDTL Scheme
- Ensure all crew comply with IndiGo Fatigue risk management policy.
- Cover and Ensure all IndiGo flights are crewed to the correct crew complement.
- Ensure all crew are legal and current to fly.
- Prepare an overview of the daily operation.
- Act on any aircraft delays/diversion/operational change quickly and efficiently
- Be aware and make changes in case of any current and potential future issues with crew legality.
- Feedback of any roster issues to Duty Manager-Crew control
- Follow up with Logistics for the arrangement hotac and crew positioning tickets for all urgent

Executive/Senior Executive – Crew Logistics
- Review all verified hotel bills and ground transportation charges. Ensure that the charges
- included in the invoices are legitimate.
- Ensure the accuracy of an effective tracking method defined for measuring cost savings, current
spending, and budget goals for the department. - Monitor relevant modules in AIMS to ensure travel bookings are cancelled/changed immediately
as per the latest roster information. - Keep Crew Control always updated in reference to any critical hotel situations and transportation
issues. - Ensure availability of hotel room to each crewmember daily upon arrival to a layover city
- Adjust the procurement of hotel room and crew transportation requirements based on daily
operational needs, primarily because of irregular operations, positioning crews for future flights,
adjusting for crew shortages due to sick calls, etc. - Attend training as per requirement needed to stay abreast of the skills required for the job.
- Liaise with the Admin department for resolution of challenges in hotel and transportation.
Furnish monthly room requirements and make recommendations to the admin to reduce the
number of network hotel rooms due to low utilization. - Ensure all Crew concerns are resolved within 24 to 48 hours of reporting.
- Address and respond to any hotel/transport issues submitted to the department via email or
surveys in a timely manner. - Explore new functionalities in AIMS software that may be helpful in reducing workload on the
desk and in improving the working efficiency of the team. - Keep abreast and ensure self is up to date with company policies and changes.
- Ensure close coordination of the Crew Logistics staff with Crew Control to avoid lapses and miss
outs of crew transportation and accommodation. - Provide suggestions on policies and procedures for smooth working of the desk Attend all

Executive/Senior Executive – Crew Training
- Ensure crew training/roster plans are implemented in adherence to DGCA regulations as well as the Indigo Airlines defined policies. The complexity of maintaining these training plans/rosters, especially with large crew numbers will form the most challenging aspect of this position.
- Schedule monthly/quarterly/long-term crew roster/training planning assignments efficiently as
provided in the approved plan. - Able to present data to team, managers and above.

crew training/roster schedules while coordinating with multiple crew bases and centralized
