First Officers, on the other hand, start with an hourly rate of $131 in their first year, with the potential to earn up to $201 per hour by their 12th year.
Additionally, Avelo provides an attractive incentive for pilots who log 75 hours or more by offering a bonus of 125% on their earnings, further rewarding their dedication and commitment to the airline.
